We use your details and CV to manage your registration in the AMS professional network and contact you about potentially suitable opportunities. The basis is your consent. We retain the profile for up to 12 months after registration or express renewal, unless withdrawn earlier. A conversation or administrative update does not renew the period.

Cloudflare provides hosting, form transit and security checks. Your details and CV are handled securely and confidentially, with access restricted to authorised AMS staff. We will not send an identifiable CV to a client without informing you and agreeing the specific opportunity with you first. We do not make solely automated selection decisions.

You may withdraw consent and exercise applicable access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights at profesionales@alanms.com. You may complain to the AEPD or another competent authority.

Consent

I consent to the processing of my details and CV and their retention in a secure corporate repository to join the AMS Specialist Talent Network and receive contacts about future project assignments. I may withdraw my consent at any time. I have had access to the privacy information.

Data and purpose

We process identity, contact, experience, professional preferences and the CV provided by the person. Required fields are necessary to register. We do not request sensitive data or identity documents at this stage.

Recipients and providers

Authorised AMS staff access data according to their duties. Cloudflare provides hosting, transit and security. The mail provider processes messages you send us. We agree the recipient and scope with you before presenting an identifiable profile to a client. You may request provider details at profesionales@alanms.com.

Transfers and safeguards

Technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. AMS has reviewed its providers’ data processing agreements and applicable safeguards. Where an international transfer takes place, the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR will apply. You can request information about recipients and applicable safeguards at profesionales@alanms.com.

Withdrawal and retention

After withdrawal or expiry, the profile is excluded from opportunity searches and removed from operational records. Any legally required limited retention for liabilities is segregated and restricted. Backups must follow the documented AMS cycle and erasure procedure.

Your rights

We respond within one month, with a justified extension where legally applicable. We do not routinely request a full identity document. You may complain at www.aepd.es or to a competent authority. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Analytics

This version does not include Google Analytics or advertising pixels. The security check protects the form. Registration is not conditional on advertising tracking.
